Luneta and Baywalk with the Great Michael Gemrald Paminiano

Last Tuesday, me and my bestfriend Mike went to Luneta and Baywalk to shoot photos. He lent me his SLR, but still used my point and shoot to conceptualize. As of this time, our SLR shots are not yet printed (His SLR uses film; we had a 36-shot ISO 400 film and took only 10-15 shots... ).

Here are the pictures we took on my digital point and shoot.

I find patterns amusing, that's why we took this one (Bayview Park Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Manila)

A Tribute To Pres. Corazon Aquino

These series of photos were taken in different places around Metro Manila. Banners, yellow ribbons, and people wearing yellow are literally everywhere, symbolizing our love and respect to our beloved President Corazon Aquino.

Katotohanan, Kalayaan, Katarungan... These are the traits Tita Cory shown and passed on to us when she led us to EDSA Revolution, when she became our President, and even beyond her term. She fought for the greater good of the Filipino and for true democracy. That is why she's our icon of democracy, the mother of our nation.

In Tita Cory's death, we Filipinos are again united in celebrating and reminiscing her contribution to our country. Let's keep her legacy alive by upholding the truth, love and respect to one another, and Godliness.

The Good Old PNR

Who said that the old PNR is dead?

This is the old 6:00 trip (from Sta. Mesa) going to Binan, Laguna. Still jampacked coaches, with passengers on the diesel... These guys love posing...

PUP Linear Park in Sepia

I was supposed to have a photo shoot with somebody I met in the train last Tuesday... but I have a gut feeling that she's not willing that's why she came up with lame excuses...

Anyway, I vented my "frustrations" here in our Sintang Paaralan's Linear Park... finding diamond in the rough... Haha!

Panalong Kuha July 18-25

A view of Muntinlupa from Susana Heights. From here, you can see SM Muntinlupa (the yellow building) and the St. Peregrine Shrine, though not clearly seen here... (Susana Heights Interchange, South Luzon Expressway)

Palimos Po!

This is my first ever photo essay. These series of photos were taken in MRT Kamuning Station.

I saw this kid in MRT Kamuning Station. I didn't took notice at him first (since it's very common to see child beggars everywhere), but his "message" took my attention...

Let's take a closer look...

And what's on the other side?

(Saka buo)

Panalong Kuha July 13-17

Hi! This is my first entry in this photo blog. I hope you like these pictures.

I took these pictures last Tuesday, as I go home from school.

I saw this guitar in its miserable state. (PNR Sta. Mesa Station)

This is what you call housing. (Alabang Viaduct)

A sweet scene from the old PNR. The guy looks cold as his wife sleeps on his shoulder (PNR Coach)

This is my favorite picture of this week. I saw this one on South Station Overpass in Alabang. But in fairness, they are now enforcing pedestrians to use the overpass instead. (South Station, Alabang)

A Badjao (sea gypsy) playing his makeshift drum in his lonesome. (PNR Sta. Mesa Station)
