These are the traits Tita Cory shown and passed on to us when she led us to EDSA Revolution, when she became our President, and even beyond her term. She fought for the greater good of the Filipino and for true democracy. That is why she's our icon of democracy, the mother of our nation.
In Tita Cory's death, we Filipinos are again united in celebrating and reminiscing her contribution to our country. Let's keep her legacy alive by upholding the truth, love and respect to one another, and Godliness.
